It would suck to go through a bunch of diagnosis only to find that it was an easy fix. If not, use a small file to clean them and blow out any corrosion or dirt. Heh at least I got lowbeams working again. It was a definite recall for the headlight harness. You would need to be able to electrically test the wiring to find your fault. I bet banging on one of them will turn on the headlights, at least once.
