They moved away from a big city to a small city after his dad died. One thing that I enjoyed about this book was the theme of the story. Immigration shows up at their house a lot of times asking questions about whether they have seen a family. It was hard for Greg to confuess them to come back to the house. Fearing for their lives if they are deported to their homeland, the family convinces Greg to help them, and keep their existence secret.
